Dietary Requirements and Allergies

• If you or any of your guests have any dietary requirements/allergies, please state these upon booking to ensure that we can cater for all needs possible.

• WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT PLATTERS AND GRAZING TABLES ARE NOT NUT FREE.

• Nanna P's kitchen is not a nut/allergy free environment.

Deposits

• A 50% non- refundable deposit is required upon booking, with a full balance due within 7 working days prior to booking date (unless agreed otherwise).

• Orders is not secured until deposits are received and payments have cleared.

COVID-19

• Should any changes in COVID restrictions affect your booking, in any way, deposits are refundable or happy to change the date, subject to availability.

• Local contactless delivery available with all orders.

• All subject to COVID guidance at the time of ordering.

Payment

• Full payment must be received prior to the order date. 

• Failure to pay within 7 days of order date will mean the order will not be fulfilled.

• Payment by BACS is preferred.

Delivery

• Based in Worksop,  Nottinghamshire, Nanna P offers free delivery within 3 miles of S81 8UR.

• Delivery available to other areas at a cost of 45p per mile thereafter.

Minimum Orders

• Minimum orders for cupcakes is 12.

• Minimum orders for catering (per person events) is 10.

• Happy to discuss individual requirements.

Refunds

• Nanna P will not accept refunds, unless we cannot fulfil the booking for any reason. Date changes will be considered, given sufficient notice, 7 days in advance of booking date and availability within the same year.

• All deposits are non-refundable and payment of a deposit received by us confirms your order.

Breakages, Damage, Loss of Equipment

• These will all be changed at the item RRP.
